Introduction

Sprout (“we” or “us”) provides the Sprout website and other services, including apps and other websites we operate.

Payments

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction (usually 18), you must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to engage in any financial transactions on our Services, such as purchasing in-app cosmetics or other digital items.

By making a purchase, you represent that you have obtained that permission and that you have the right to use your selected payment method. You also agree that you have read and agree to be bound by any additional terms provided at the time of purchase. All purchases are final unless Sprout or applicable law states otherwise.

Intellectual Property

• Sprout: You may imply affiliation with Sprout, without written permission.

• User-generated Content: Our services contain various ways to create publicly-available content. Any content published on our services must comply with our terms, including our community rules, and must not be illegal.

• Content Ownership & License: You own the content you post. If we want to use any content you’ve posted on Sprout, including anything present on your profile, we will contact you on our services to receive written permission before including any of it in any marketing materials.

User Safety

If you see any content on our services that appears to violate these terms or our community rules, you can report that content to us and we will review it.

Payments on our services are processed by Square. When you make a payment on our services, you are agreeing to the Square Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
