Introduction

Sprout (“we” or “us”) provides the Sprout website and other services, including apps and other websites we operate.

Accounts

• Account responsibilities: You will be responsible for any actions performed on your account on any Sprout services, whether or not those actions were authorized by you.

• Suspension or termination: If you violate these terms, or the Sprout Community Rules, Sprout may suspend or terminate your account and access to our services, including any alternate or backup accounts you’ve created.

• Access to services: We reserve the right to suspend your access to our services at any time for any reason, including complying with local laws or to protect other users.

Payments

Only users who are at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction (usually 18) are allowed to engage in financial transactions on our Services, such as purchasing in-app cosmetics or other digital items. When you purchase something on our services, you agree that you have the right to use your selected payment method. You also agree that you have read and agree to be bound by any additional terms provided when purchasing a cosmetic. All purchases are final unless Sprout or applicable law states otherwise.

Intellectual Property

• Sprout: You may not use any Sprout branding, logos, visual designs, other proprietary content, or imply affiliation with Sprout, without written permission.

• User-generated Content: Our services contain various ways to create publicly-available content. Any content published on our services must comply with our terms, including our community rules, and must not be illegal.

• Content Ownership: Any content you publish is owned by you. If we would like to use it in marketing material, we will contact you on our services for your written permission before usage.

User Safety

If you see any content on our services that appears to violate these terms or our community rules, you can report that content to us and we will review it.

Payments on our services are processed by Stripe. When you make a payment on our services, you are agreeing to the Stripe Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
